I'm a two-time breast cancer warrior and certified health coach.
I did everything “right” after my first breast cancer. I cut out sugar, dairy, all red meat, artificial sweeteners, soy, GMOs... and my peace and joy. It was an exhausting, full-time job of obsessing over every bite of food.
