Do you...

Feel overwhelmed and confused about what to eat after cancer?

You’re not alone—and it’s not your fault. The internet is a scary place—especially when you’re just trying to heal and every post makes you question if you're doing it all wrong. It doesn't have to be this way.

Feel like you’re drowning in conflicting advice—one expert says one thing and another says the opposite.

Fear-based headlines don't empower you—they overwhelm you.

They make you second-guess every bite.
They turn food into a source of fear instead of nourishment.

Feel like you're walking on eggshells every time you eat

You want to protect yourself. But now every bite feels like a test—and the pressure to get it perfect is exhausting. No one warned you how heavy food would feel after cancer.

In The Cancer Savvy Kitchen, I walk you through the exact process that took me from food fear to clarity—and finally helped me feel nourished, not neurotic.

After this course, you will be able to...

Break up with Google for good!

Know what’s actually helping your body—and what’s just adding to your stress.

Make confident choices about what to eat and what to limit

Understand which foods support your healing and which ones may increase risk—without fear or extremes.

Enjoy food again without spiraling into guilt or shame

Let go of the rules, eat with peace, and feel good about what’s on your plate.

Know what to prepare without turning every meal into a research project.

Use practical tools and strategies to plan, shop, and eat in a way that supports your long-term health and real life.

About Andrea

I'm a two-time breast cancer thriver and Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach.

After my first diagnosis, I was stuck in food prison. I obsessed over every bite, thinking I had to do everything "right."

Seven years later, I was diagnosed again—this time with triple-negative breast cancer. And that's when everything changed.

Instead of sprialing deep into fear, I decided to dig into the real science behind diet and breast cancer. I went through every piece of fear-based nutrition advice I’d ever seen with a fine-tooth comb—pairing it with evidence-based training so I could finally separate fact from fear.

I did not realize I was avoiding foods that could support me—and still eating things that might increase my risk.

I took my newfound knowledge, wisdom and experience and turned it into balanced nutrition approach that helps survivors support their long-term health—without sacrificing their peace, joy, or sanity around food.
